A mental health professional and lifelong advocate for emotional resilience and truth-telling, Charlotte brings together psychological insight, lived experience, and sacred spaceholding to guide others through the often unseen journey of healing. She is the founder of Daughters of the Roses, a therapeutic membership for women breaking cycles of guilt, shame, and self-abandonment, and is known for her warm, wise, and empowering presence. Her work blends grounded therapeutic practice with deep emotional understanding, helping women feel seen, safe, and supported.
