Why supervision matters

Good supervision doesn't just keep you safe.
It makes you brilliant at this work.

Supervision should be a space where you can bring the hard stuff. The client who activates you. The session that left you sitting with something you couldn't name. The moment you wondered whether you'd got it right.

I offer supervision that holds both your clinical rigour and your humanity. A space that is safe enough to be honest, and challenging enough to grow.

I specialise in working with therapists whose clients bring complex family trauma, narcissistic parenting histories, and mother wounds. If this is a common thread in your caseload, and you want a supervisor who genuinely understands this territory, you are in the right place.

Credentials & Expertise

What I bring to your supervision

The mother wound is an aching pain passed from mother to daughter through criticism, control, competition and emotional absence.

It does not stay in your childhood. It follows you into your relationships, your work, your parenting, the way you speak to yourself at two in the morning when something goes wrong.

But what was learned can be unlearned. What was wounded can be healed. What was lost can be found.

A therapist anywhere in the UK
All supervision is delivered online, making it fully accessible wherever you are practising, in the country.

My approach to supervision

"Supervision is a co-created, ethical space that
balances safety, reflection, challenge, and accountability. It is a secure base, established through clear contracting and trust, from which supervisees can explore their work honestly and creatively."

My supervision practice is relational and attachment-based. I hold both the clinical and the human dimension of this work, always.

That means I will challenge you when it serves your practice, and hold you when that is what is needed.  I use parallel process and countertransference as active tools.

I am attuned to the emotional field of supervision, not just its content. And I bring my specialist knowledge of mother wounds and complex family trauma to every case, not as theory, but as lived and clinical experience.

I practise with integrity, compassion, and a quiet firmness. I want every supervisee to leave our work together more confident, more competent, and more themselves in the room.

I am not supervising from a textbook,
I am exploring in the moment with you
